Lords of Chaos

“Based on truth and lies.”

In Oslo in the early 1990s, a teenager named Øystein "Euronymous" Aarseth (Rory Culkin) starts Mayhem and opens a record shop to build a Norwegian black metal scene. Jonas Åkerlund follows the band as Pelle "Dead" Ohlin (Jack Kilmer) joins and Kristian "Varg" Vikernes (Emory Cohen) arrives, each wanting to be the harshest voice in the room. Euronymous wants to be taken seriously, and he keeps pushing the others to prove it.
