After their mother dies, Chris (Tad Hilgenbrink) and his younger brother Shane (Angus Sutherland) move to a beach town, where the surf crowd turns out to hunt after dark. Chris falls for Nicole (Autumn Reeser), and the group's leader, Kyle (Shaun Sipos), has his own interest in her. P.J. Pesce sets the sequel to Joel Schumacher's film among the waves, with Edgar Frog (Corey Feldman) back, and the last thing in the frame is the surf at night.
