Lost in Yonkers

In the summer of 1942, brothers Jay (Brad Stoll) and Arty (Mike Damus) are sent to live with their stern Grandma Kurnitz (Irene Worth) in Yonkers, New York. Also in the apartment is their Aunt Bella (Mercedes Ruehl), a grown woman who thinks and talks like a child, and Martha Coolidge keeps the camera in the cramped rooms with them. Bella wants one thing, a life of her own, and she is thirty-five.
