Love Aaj Kal

Jai (Saif Ali Khan) and Meera (Deepika Padukone) end things on purpose, agreeing that their careers are heading in opposite directions. Imtiaz Ali sets their breakup against the story of Veer Singh (Rishi Kapoor), an older man who talks about love as if it asked more of people in his day. Jai keeps going to work, telling himself he is fine, while Meera's number sits unanswered in his phone.
