“Destiny has a plan.”

Mira Ray (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) keeps texting her late fiancé John's old number, pouring out grief and love, and every message lands on Rob Burns (Sam Heughan), a journalist who now has that number on his new work phone. Jim Strouse's film has Rob reading the confessions, then using a profile assignment on Céline Dion to find her. Rob is falling for someone who has no idea he exists, and the way he got to know her may cost him the chance to meet her.
