Love and Anger
A cheerful, innocent young man walks a city street in a time of war, and the film is already counting what that innocence will cost him. His story is one of five short pieces in this 1969 anthology, alongside a dying man in a bed surrounded by actors (Julian Beck) and a classroom taken over by striking students. Marco Bellocchio and Bernardo Bertolucci each direct a segment, with the other directors handling the rest.
