“The Life, Love and Genius of Brian Wilson”

Brian Wilson starts to lose his grip on reality in the late 1960s, after he quits touring with the Beach Boys to produce "Pet Sounds." Bill Pohlad moves between that young Brian (Paul Dano) and the 1980s version (John Cusack), who is kept under the thumb of Dr. Eugene Landy (Paul Giamatti). The only person who might get him out is Melinda Ledbetter (Elizabeth Banks), and Landy has no intention of letting her.
