Love in the Afternoon

Frédéric (Bernard Verley) is a Parisian lawyer, happily married to the schoolteacher Hélène (Françoise Verley), who wants nothing to change and spends his lunch hours daydreaming about other women. Then Chloé (Zouzou), an old acquaintance, starts turning up at his office in the afternoons. Éric Rohmer, in the last of his Six Moral Tales, lets the talk run long and keeps the camera on faces.
