Love in Thoughts

“Love is the only reason to die for”

Paul Krantz (Daniel Brühl) and his best friend Günther Scheller (August Diehl) give themselves over to four days of drinking, drugs and sex, with Günther's sister Hilde (Anna Maria Mühe) among them. Achim von Borries tells it from afterward, as a memory of Günther's last days. The glasses are still full, the bodies still warm, and Paul remains in that room with the others.
