In 1994 Hong Kong, Ho Kam An (Stephen Chow) delivers food for a living and has just been humiliated in front of Lily (Christy Chung Lai-Tai), the woman he likes. He goes looking for a retired martial arts master, Devil's Killer Tat (Richard Ng Man-tat), hoping to be taught how to fight, though Tat may not be what he claims. Lee Lik-chi's comedy is about a man who wants to be taken seriously and has no idea how.
