Lucky Them

“Revisit your past. Rewrite your future.”

Ellie Klug (Toni Collette), a veteran rock journalist, spends her nights flirting with young musicians until her editor Giles (Oliver Platt) gives her one last assignment: find out what happened to Matt Smith, a vanished rock god. Matt also happens to be her ex-boyfriend. Megan Griffiths sends her on the road with Charlie (Thomas Haden Church), an eccentric amateur documentary filmmaker, and the search keeps leading Ellie back to the man she once loved.
