Lucy Shimmers and the Prince of Peace

Lucy Shimmers (Scarlett Diamond) is a precocious little girl who wants the grown-ups around her to soften before the holidays pass. An angel helps her with it, and her path crosses with Edgar Ruiz (Vincent Vargas), a hardened criminal who has no use for second chances. Rob Diamond builds the story around that meeting, and Lucy keeps showing up at Edgar's side.
