Lupin the IIIrd: Fujiko's Lie

(2019)Directed by Takeshi Koike58 minAnimation, Crime, Action, Drama
“Who needs the truth when you can believe in the lie?”

Fujiko Mine (Miyuki Sawashiro) answers to nothing but her own appetites, which is why it surprises everyone when she befriends a young boy named Gene (Tomoe Hanba). His late father hid away a fortune, and a killer is already hunting the boy for it. Takeshi Koike draws the story as a question of loyalty, since nobody can say whether Fujiko is protecting Gene or working him.
