Maamannan

Maamannan (Vadivelu) is a quiet, soft-spoken MLA from an oppressed community, and he has spent his career sitting where he is told to sit. His son Athiveeran (Udhayanidhi Stalin) has no patience for that, and the two come up against Ratnavel (Fahadh Faasil), the arrogant heir of a late politician who expects them to bow. Mari Selvaraj builds it around a father who has always lowered his head and a son who will not.
