A stolen nuclear warhead is somewhere in the United States, and the Pentagon is out of ideas. Colonel Faith (Powers Boothe) pulls MacGruber (Will Forte), a retired special operative who has been living in a South American monastery, back into the field. Jorma Taccone gives him Vicki (Kristen Wiig) and Piper (Ryan Phillippe) for backup, and the target is Dieter Von Cunth, who plans to level Washington, DC.
