“Out of Prison ... Out of Control ... and Totally Out of His Mind!”

In 1970s Italy, Nanni Vitali (Helmut Berger) and three other hardened criminals break out of prison and start a run of rape, murder and robbery across the country. Sergio Grieco's final film follows Vitali as he abducts Giuliana Caroli (Marisa Mell), while Inspector Giulio Santini (Richard Harrison) sets out to bring him in. The film gives violence no style or comfort, only the damage it does to the people caught in its path.
