Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul

“Defy the darkness”

Riko (Miyu Tomita) is a young cave raider who has already gone far down the Abyss, with Reg (Mariya Ise) and their new friend Nanachi (Shiori Izawa) beside her. Their descent takes them into the fifth layer, the Sea of Corpses, where Bondrewd (Toshiyuki Morikawa), a legendary White Whistle, welcomes them with warm, easy hospitality. Masayuki Kojima's film follows Riko as she accepts that welcome, though Nanachi's past gives her every reason to doubt it.
