Made in Egypt

Made in Egypt follows three young men through the crowded days of their twenties, with Alaa El Farsy (Ahmed Helmy) at the center of the group. Amr Salama fills the frame with the people around them, among them Hoda (Dalal Abdelaziz) and Ibrahim (Bayoumi Fouad), so every scene feels lived in. Between the jobs they can't find and the marriages their families keep pressing on them, the film is about growing up at the pace the money allows.
