Madharaasi

Raghu Ram (Sivakarthikeyan) lives with Fregoli delusion, a condition that makes him see the same hostile face behind strangers. He gets pulled into an operation against a North Indian syndicate flooding Tamil Nadu with guns, with Malathi (Rukmini Vasanth) close by and Virat (Vidyut Jammwal) on the other side. A. R. Murugadoss keeps Raghu moving through the chase, and each unfamiliar face he passes could be the one he fears.
