Madhouse

(1974)Directed by Jim Clark92 min · PGHorror, Mystery
“If stark terror were ecstasy...living here would be sheer bliss!”

Paul Toombes (Vincent Price) made his name as Dr. Death, a horror star whose career ended when a nervous breakdown landed him in an asylum, and all he wants now is to play the part again. A television revival brings him back to work with his old friend Herbert Flay (Peter Cushing), directed by Jim Clark. Then the killings begin, and the only person who can say whether Paul is guilty or merely haunted is the man who knows every line he ever spoke.
