Alex (Jean Le Peltier) and his partner Noémie (Lucie Debay) have decided they would like to have a child. Then his mother Suzanne (Jo Deseure) is diagnosed with semantic dementia, a fatal disease that changes how she behaves. Ann Sirot and Raphaël Balboni follow Suzanne through her days, and Alex stays beside her, watching her speak in words that no longer fit the moment.
