Maine Pyar Kiya

Suman (Bhagyashree) is left with the Choudhary family while her father travels abroad, and she settles into a household of her own age and humor. Sooraj Barjatya makes his directorial debut with Prem (Salman Khan), a boy who bickers and jokes with her until friendship turns into love. The trouble is that her father may only approve if Prem proves he is not like his own dad, and the film treats first love as a feeling a family has to be won over to.
