Maleficent

“Don't believe the fairy tale.”

Maleficent (Angelina Jolie) grows up a winged girl in a quiet forest kingdom, and she becomes its fiercest protector once a human army threatens its borders. Robert Stromberg builds her world out of moss, mud and glowing creatures, with a betrayal that starts turning her heart to stone. Her curse on the king's newborn daughter Aurora (Elle Fanning) puts the whole kingdom's peace at risk, and Maleficent's own along with it.
