Man from Reno

“The greatest mystery she's ever written. And it could be her last…”

A man checks in from Reno, then vanishes, leaving a suitcase and a trail of questions outside San Francisco. Sheriff Paul Del Moral (Pepe Serna) takes the case, and the Japanese author Aki Akahori (Ayako Fujitani) is pulled in alongside him. Dave Boyle lets the two of them work from opposite ends, and the film turns on whether a small-town lawman and a stranger from far away can trust each other.
