Man in the Wilderness

“He was left for dead. He would not forget.”

Zachary Bass (Richard Harris) is a scout guiding a party of fur trappers across the Northwest in the 1820s, racing to get their goods out before winter closes in. A bear mauls him badly, and Captain Filmore Henry (John Huston) and the others decide he is finished and leave him behind. Richard C. Sarafian follows Bass alone through the mountains, hurt and angry, with only the hope of finding the men who left him.
