Manny & Lo

Laurel (Aleksa Palladino) is a pregnant teenager who has run away from one foster home after another, dragging her younger sister Amanda (Scarlett Johansson) along with her. When the pregnancy gets harder to manage alone, the two kidnap Elaine (Mary Kay Place), a woman they believe can help. Lisa Krueger keeps the three of them together in a single stolen car, the sisters in the front seat and their hostage behind them.
