Somewhere inside the BlueEgg Casino, at the center of Mardock City, sits a chip holding all of Shell Septinos's (Kazuya Nakai) memories. Rune Balot (Megumi Hayashibara), Doctor Easter (Hiroki Touchi) and the shape-shifting Œufcoque Penteano (Norito Yashima) have to get inside and find it. Susumu Kudo races the search against Dimsdale Boiled (Tsutomu Isobe), and without the chip their court case is dismissed and all three of them die.
