“Built to serve. Programmed to live.”

Aline Ruby (Léa Drucker) is a private detective in 2200 who works alongside her android partner Carlos Rivera (Daniel Njo Lobé). A wealthy businessman hires the pair to find a notorious hacker, which takes them down to the lower levels of Mars's capital city. Jérémie Périn draws that city in neon and shadow, and his first feature keeps the case moving at a steady, relentless clip.
