In this 1990 American action film, Sean Thompson (Chad McQueen) is a cop and a martial-arts expert, working with his partner Billie Blake (Cynthia Rothrock) to shut down a gang of arms dealers and car thieves. Steve Cohen sets David Carradine's Dalton Rhodes at the top of the crew, with the fights coming fast and close. Sean's younger brother Michael (Andy McCutcheon) rides with the gang, so every raid puts the person he is trying to protect in the line of fire.
