“Urban Warriors With A Badge, Their Bodies Are Their Weapons...”

A cop is dead, and the trail leads to a glitzy nightclub where wealthy patrons are entertained by seductive women and guarded by martial arts experts. Sean Thompson (Jeff Wincott) and Billie Blake (Cynthia Rothrock), partners on the force and masters of martial arts themselves, go in to find out who is behind a ring of murder and corruption. Kurt Anderson stages the fights the way the crowd wants them, one after another.
