Mary Poppins, Goodbye

(1983)Directed by Leonid Kvinikhidze141 minFamily, Fantasy, Music, TV Movie

Mary Poppins (Natalya Andreychenko) is a nanny who arrives at the home of Mr. Banks (Albert Filozov) and Mrs. Banks (Larisa Udovichenko), and she seems to have powers nobody can account for. Leonid Kvinikhidze made it for Soviet television as a two-part musical, drawn from the P. L. Travers stories. She says almost nothing about herself, and she goes on being the most capable person in the house.
