Mascots

“From the sidelines to the spotlight.”

Why would anyone want to be World's Best Mascot, and why do so many people in big heads and furry suits want it badly enough to compete? Christopher Guest follows a mockumentary crew through the contestants' preparations, including Mike Murray (Zach Woods) and Mindy Murray (Sarah Baker) and the Gollys, Owen (Tom Bennett) and Sarah (Kerry Godliman). Each of them is gearing up for the same stage, and not one is willing to just take a bow.
