Master

“This school is cursed.”

Gail Bishop (Regina Hall) arrives at an elite New England university as its first Black "master," just as freshman Jasmine Moore (Zoë Renee) moves into a dorm on a campus built on a Salem-era gallows hill. Mariama Diallo sends the two through a school of old privilege, where strange things begin to appear in the halls. Each woman has to decide how much of herself she will give up to belong.
