“What would you do with $17 million?”

The night shift at an armored car company in the South is quiet, and David Ghantt (Zach Galifianakis) is the guard who works it. Then Kelly Campbell (Kristen Wiig) and Steve Chambers (Owen Wilson) talk him into organizing one of the biggest bank heists in American history, based on the real 1997 Loomis Fargo robbery in North Carolina. Jared Hess builds the story around David, a trusting man who goes along because someone he likes asked him to.
