Max Payne

“When a man has lost everything, he only has revenge.”

Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) is a New York detective who lost his wife and child to a murder that was never solved, and he has worked cold cases ever since. Then a string of killings in the city's criminal underworld draws him toward Mona Sax (Mila Kunis), an assassin out to avenge her own sister. John Moore builds it on one plain idea: grief that goes unanswered turns into a mission.
