Mean Guns

A newly built high-security prison has never held a prisoner until a hundred gangsters, all on their boss's bad side, are locked inside with guns, ammo and baseball bats. Vincent Moon (Ice-T) sets the terms, and Lou (Christopher Lambert) is one of the men in the building, where the last survivor gets a suitcase holding ten million dollars. Albert Pyun builds it on a plain bargain: the money pays for one man's life, and everyone else in the building is the price.
