Meet Joe Black

“Sooner or later everyone does.”

William Parrish (Anthony Hopkins) has the money, the company and the grown daughters, and he is days from his 65th birthday when a stranger arrives with a request. The stranger, Joe Black (Brad Pitt), is Death, and he will grant William a little more time if William shows him around the human world. Martin Brest sets the bargain inside one family's household, where every extra day carries a price.
