Meet Joe Black

“Sooner or later everyone does.”

William Parrish (Anthony Hopkins), a dying media mogul, is visited by Death incarnate in the form of a young man (Brad Pitt). Death moves through Parrish's world of wealth and influence, learning what humans value, while his daughter Susan (Claire Forlani) falls for the stranger. In the end, the question is not whether Death will take Parrish, but whether a man can accept his own ending and find peace in it.
