“They were created to save mankind. Something went wrong.”

A science experiment has gone wrong, and the fish in it have grown enormous and started eating people. Special agent Jason Fitch (Paul Logan) is sent to find out how far they have spread, while Eric Forsberg and Stuart Gillard shoot it in the bright, flat light of Belize. Fitch gets Dr. Brian Higgins (Jude Gerard Prest) to explain it, and goes on looking for a way to stop them.
