Dr. Maaran (Vijay) wants to treat the poor at prices they can actually pay, charging his patients next to nothing from his own clinic. Then doctors and medical staff begin turning up murdered or kidnapped, and the cop on the case, Daniel Arockiaraj (S. J. Suryah), arrests Maaran as the prime suspect. Atlee, in the second of his three films with Vijay, puts the star in triple roles and keeps the investigation moving at a run.
