Miami Connection

“Greetings from the most dangerous jungle in the world: the streets of Miami.”

In Orlando, Florida, in 1987, five college students play in a rock band called Dragon Sound and study martial arts together on the side. Their lead, Mark (Y.K. Kim), stays out of trouble, but a gang of motorcycle ninjas running the area's narcotics trade has other plans. Y.K. Kim, who also wrote and produced it, plays Mark as a man who believes a good band and a firm kick can answer most problems.
