“No Law. No Rules. No Order.”

A leak inside a joint federal operation has gotten an informant killed, and Sonny Crockett (Colin Farrell) and Ricardo Tubbs (Jamie Foxx) go undercover in South Florida to find where it started. Michael Mann sends them toward a trafficker in arms and drugs, and to his wife Isabella (Gong Li), whom Crockett is not supposed to touch. For Tubbs, the people he loves are now in range, and Crockett's cover only holds while he keeps his distance.
