Michael Clayton
“The truth can be adjusted.”
Michael Clayton (George Clooney) is the "fixer" at a New York law firm, the man sent in to clean up whatever its clients and lawyers leave behind. His next problem is Arthur Edens (Tom Wilkinson), a colleague who has had a breakdown while defending a chemical company he knows is guilty. Tony Gilroy, directing for the first time, follows Clayton's inquiry as it tightens around the firm and the client, Karen Crowder (Tilda Swinton) among those it reaches.
