“Non Stop Madness.”

Bazil (Dany Boon) works in a video shop and is standing in its doorway when a stray bullet lodges in his head. He comes out of it homeless and jobless, and a troupe of misfits who live in a giant mound of trash take him in. Fracasse (Dominique Pinon) is among them, and with their help Bazil sets out after the people who made the gun. Jean-Pierre Jeunet stages it all as a deadpan, theatrical comedy about the world arms trade.
