Midnight Express

“Walk into the incredible true experience of Billy Hayes. And bring all the courage you can.”

A young American is stopped while trying to carry drugs out of Turkey, and the courts decide to make an example of him. Billy Hayes (Brad Davis) is sentenced to more than thirty years, with two ways out: the appeals pushed by his lawyer, his family and the American government, or the one the other prisoners call the "Midnight Express." Alan Parker keeps Billy's bond with Susan (Irene Miracle) at the center, the one tie to home he has left.
