Midsommar

“Let the festivities begin.”

A festival held only once every ninety years draws a group of friends to the remote Swedish hometown of Pelle (Vilhelm Blomgren), who invites them to see it. Dani (Florence Pugh) comes along with her boyfriend Christian (Jack Reynor), the two of them already strained, and Ari Aster sets their arrival in a valley where the sun never sets. The hosts welcome every guest into their customs, and Dani is left standing in that endless daylight.
