Mike's Murder

“The mystery that led her into a world of incredible danger.”

Betty Parrish (Debra Winger) has a crush on her tennis instructor Mike, who promises to call for a date and never does. She has no idea he sells drugs on the side, until word comes that he has been killed before the two of them could meet. Bridges follows her as she starts asking questions of the people around Mike, and the film keeps its camera at street level, close enough to her that she never seems safe.
