“Remember Jason and Freddy were kids once too.”

A boy named Mikey (Brian Bonsall) moves into yet another foster home, one more stop after a lifetime of them, and the Owens family, Jessie (Josie Bissett) and Ben (Whit Hertford) among them, welcome him in. Dennis Dimster keeps the camera close to the house and its ordinary rooms while the people who raised Mikey before keep dying in accidents. Mikey only wants a family that will keep him, and he knows what he is willing to do about it.
