(2020)Directed by Lee Isaac Chung115 min · PG-13Drama
“A timeless story of what roots us.”

Jacob (Steven Yeun) wants a farm of his own, and in the 1980s he moves his Korean American family from the city to a patch of land in the Arkansas Ozarks to grow Korean vegetables. His wife Monica (Han Ye-ri) worries about the isolation, and their son David (Alan Kim) is joined by his grandmother Soonja (Youn Yuh-jung). Lee Isaac Chung draws on his own childhood, and the family has staked everything on this one piece of ground.
