“In the future, life will be a dream. And reality a nightmare.”

Stover (Bruce Campbell) is a fighter in a future where people live inside a mind-control system run by the Seer (Angus Scrimm). Judy (Marta Martin) fights beside him, and both are hunted by revolting mutants who prey on the outcasts left outside the system. Steve Barnett keeps the film in the underground, where Stover moves in the dark with the Seer's voice still in his head.
