Three yellow creatures with a talent for destruction search for a new evil boss after their previous masters keep turning up dead. They stumble onto Scarlet Overkill (Sandra Bullock), a supervillain with grand ambitions, and her husband Herb (Jon Hamm). Balda and Coffin animate the mayhem in bright, cartoonish bursts, letting the Minions' gibberish and physical comedy carry the film's infectious energy without pause.
